Bedrooms
Experience the ultimate in comfort with our three king-size bedrooms with John Lewis ortho support mattresses, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Each bed is dressed in luxurious 400TC cotton linen and complemented by goose down duvet and pillows. Nestled in a beautifully air conditioned wooden-clad room, you'll find the sanctuary to unwind and relax. Three shower rooms and one outdoor shower.
Bathrooms
There are three stylish bathrooms, two of which are ensuite featuring elegant Lusso Stone furniture and beautifully crafted Mandarin Stone tiles. After a day by the sea, the outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off sandy feet.

The perfect dog friendly coastal escape.
We had such a lovely stay at Duneland and would highly recommend it. The location is perfect, just a two-minute walk to the beach and being surrounded by the dunes made it really peaceful and relaxing. The secure garden was a huge plus for us travelling with dogs, as we could completely switch off while they safely enjoyed the space and lounged on the decking.
The hot tub was also a great touch and made the stay feel extra special. Inside, everything was very well thought out, from the toiletries in the bathroom to a well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook.
We also loved the outdoor seating and dining areas. Although the weather didn't quite allow us to use them, they would be perfect in the warmer months.
Overall, it felt like a proper escape. Our dogs were really settled and happy, and so were we. We can't wait to come back.

We have had such a lovely stay at Duneland. We lucked out with the weather and even had a swim! Loved the hot tub, the property, and the location looking out over the dunes. A very peaceful stay, and we will be back!

A wonderful holiday home with unbelievably fun style and character. Really close to the main beach (you can hear the sea!) Leo’s cafe also just a minute or too along the sandy paths that surround the house by the sea
